In the first half of this session, we will cover how to complete the pre-audit survey for a brand or distributor being certified.

The second half of the session will cover what to expect during the audit, how to prepare for the audit, and what you need to be compliant.

At the end of this session, you will have the knowledge to correctly complete the required pre-audit survey and prepare for the certification audit.
