Registration


1. How to create an account

You can create an account on OneSourceAcademy by clicking Sign Up for free on the OneSource Academy homepage. 
• Step 1: Fill out the registration form. Please provide your first name, last name, email address, username & password, position, country, and company name.   
• Step 2: Proceed with the CAPTCHA verification 
• Step 3: Check your email to verify your account creation. 
Now you should be all set.

2. How to self-enroll in a course

Once you have an Academy account, you can click on Get this course, and a PayPal page will show up for you to proceed with payment. Once payment is completed, the course will be assigned immediately.

3. What is a Group Key and How do I join a group using a Group Key?

When your company pays for or is paid to join a course, a group key will be provided so you can join this training by entering this group key.
Once you have a Group Key, navigate to Join Group and enter this provided key. Then, you should have access to this specific group and its associated courses.

Payment


1. What are payment methods available for course enrollment? 

Payments are accepted via PayPal, on which you can add credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, etc.) to proceed with your check-out.

2. Can I pay offline? 

Yes, please contact our local operations team. The team will support and walk you through the local payment process, which often takes 3-5 business days. Once payment is completed, you will be provided either a Group Key to access the course or we will add Credits to your account.


Course Completion and Certification


1. How to track my learning progress

At the Academy logged-in homepage, on the right-hand panel, you can click Progress and go to the Courses tab. You can see your completion percentage for each course in the Progress column.

2. How do I obtain my certification? 

Once you have completed all requirements of your assigned course, the system will automatically generate your certificate. You can download it from your profile. If the certification applies to your course


Customization and Navigation


1. I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password on the login page. You will receive an email from our system with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the steps provided to create a new password. Once you have successfully logged in, you can set a new password for your account.

2. Can I modify my profile?

Yes. You can modify your first name, last name, default timezone, default language, position, company, and country by logging in to the Academy account, pointing to your name on the top navigation bar, and, from the drop-down list, choose My Info.

3. How to change my default time zone and system language

At the Academy logged-in homepage, point to your name on the top navigation bar and, from the drop-down list, choose My info.
• From the Language drop-down list, choose the default language for your account.
• From the Time zone drop-down list, choose your default time zone.

4. How to get started with and navigate the platform

At the Academy logged-in homepage, by default, you will have access to the course Welcome to OneSource Academy for Beginners. We highly recommend you complete this system training to help you get familiar with our platform. 

5. How to search for other available courses

At the Academy logged-in homepage, on the right-hand panel, you can find the Course Catalog in the right corner. The Course Catalog is where you can browse many other available courses for your continuous learning.
